Within the United States (except Alaska and Hawaii) our standard shipping is UPS. Alaska and Hawaii require air shipping. We will use the best service to suit your needs either UPS Air or US Postal Service. Shipping and Handling quotes available upon request. Foreign orders can be shipped by several methods and we will gladly give you a quote for any order.
We want you to be delighted with your order! Please feel free to contact us in advance of your purchase if you need help deciding which item will best suit your needs. Most items like tires do not come with any warranty. However if you should receive an item that has a manufacturing defect you may return it to us for inspection. If we make a mistake and ship an item incorrectly, we will make it right!
We hope you are completely satisfied with the items you have ordered. However, we know occasionally mistakes happen. We will gladly answer any questions you have prior to ordering, please contact us. All items are returnable within thirty days for a full refund except custom items which include sportschairs and custom go-rings. These items are not returnable. Stock items must not be used and may be subject to a restocking fee. Tubular tires should be inflated as a test prior to use. They are not returnable if they have been mounted. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. Should you need to return an item please: 1) Contact us for a return authorization number 2) Write the number prominently on the package 3) Note we will only pay shipping charges to return items that are defective or shipped incorrectly! In this case please contact us for instructions. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns so you may wish to insure the package! 4) If we shipped the item incorrectly or it was damaged in the shipping process please contact us immediately for instructions! 5) Credit will be issued to the account used for payment after the item is received and inspected.
